"Fees showed up later than I expected"
I went through most of the booking process thinking I had a good idea of the total cost, but the extra fees only became clear late. From my experience, it’s much easier to decide whether to book when all the charges are shown upfront

"The emails helped, but I was still a little confused"
I did get replies to my emails, which I really appreciated, but some of the details left me feeling a bit unsure. I had to reread a few parts because they weren’t super clear, and that was kind of frustrating.

"I bought tickets through Moshtix and the page..."
I bought tickets through Moshtix and the page said doors opened at 7, so we showed up around then. Turns out the event had already started earlier, which was frustrating cause we missed part of the show.

I checked the listing again and also the email we got, and both had the same wrong time on it. Not really sure if that was Moshtix fault or the organiser, but someone should of updated it properly.

The tickets themselves worked fine and getting in wasn’t a problem, but the event details being wrong kinda put me off. I’d be a bit more careful trusting the info on there next time.

"My event ended up getting cancelled..."
My event ended up getting cancelled, and Moshtix did refund me, so that was fine 🙂 It just took a bit longer than I thought it would. The first email wasn’t super clear, so I kept checking my account a few times to see what was happening. It all worked out in the end, but quicker updates would’ve been nice. Not awful, not amazing :/

"Super easy entry on the night 🎶"
Used Moshtix for a gig getting into the venue was a breeze. Had the ticket on my phone, it scanned straight away, and there was no messing around or stress at all. Happy with how smooth it all went :)

"Refund was okay, just a little slow"
I had to cancel and get my tickets refunded after my plans changed. The refund did come through eventually, so I guess it all worked out fine, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would. The updates along the way weren’t super clear either, though in the end it got sorted

"Payment kept glitching during checkout"
I was trying to buy tickets and the checkout just kept spinning forever, then it would dump me back like nothing happened, and the payment page failed twice so I had no idea if my card was charged or not which made the whole thing even more stressful, and by the time I finally got it to work the tickets were already gone. Super frustrating when you’re just trying to book quickly.

"Support got there in the end, but the reminders were a lot"
Support was helpful once they finally got back to me, but it definitely took longer than I expected. What annoyed me more were the constant aggressive reminders while I was waiting—it felt a bit pushy and unnecessary. Overall, they did help eventually, but the experience could’ve been smoother

I tried to transfer my ticket and it just wouldn’t work. It turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be, they made the whole thing frustrating.

"Promo code actually worked, suspiciously smoothly"
I expected the usual checkout nonsense where the promo code mysteriously doesn’t work and you start wondering if the whole system is designed to break your spirit. But nope, I added the code, the discount popped up right away, and I didn’t have to refresh or restart the booking. Almost too smooth, like someone behind the curtain forgot to make it annoying. Easy overall, and I’d use Moshtix again.

"Confirmation came through really fast"
Booked my tickets and the confirmation email came in pretty much straight away, which was nice. I was expecting to wait a bit, or... you know, have to double-check everything, but no hassle at all. Happy with it

"Still Waiting on Support"
I emailed support twice and it’s been days with no response. I get that things can get busy, but come on, at least send a quick update or something. Frustrating to be left hanging

"Easy enough to pay, fees are a bit annoying"
I’ve used Moshtix a few times now and the payment part has been straightforward. I like having a couple of payment options so I’m not stuck hunting for a specific card. Checkout was quick enough, but I do find it a bit irritating when the fees pop up closer to the end. Overall it worked fine for me though

"Felt trapped in the waiting room for no reason"
I jumped into the Moshtix waiting room way before the sale started, thinking I was doing the right thing, but then I was just stuck there watching the screen do basically nothing. The queue barely moved, there were no proper updates, and I kept worrying that refreshing would kick me out or make things worse.
By the time I finally got through, the tickets were already gone. It felt like being trapped in a digital hallway with no way forward, and the whole thing ended up being a really frustrating waste of my morning

"Tickets worked, but I was still kind of confused"
The tickets ended up working fine, so I guess everything was legit. But i was still a little confused the whole time and kept worrying they might not scan or something. It all turned out okay, though.

"Scammers and data miners"

Firstly, they collect way beyond the required personal information for this type of transaction.

Secondly, like others, I never received an email/sms confirmation with the tickets, neither did any other ticket holder, for whom I also had to add all of their personal information.

Thirdly, on contacting them to resolve this, was told, unless I hand over even MORE personal data, they will not release the tickets, and no refunds.

Pathetic company, avoid, avoid, avoid.

"Fair price, no surprise fees"
I’m usually a bit skeptical when companies make everything sound too smooth and perfect, but this was actually straightforward. The tickets cost about what I expected, and I didn’t get hit with any weird extra charges at the end.

"The prices looked good at first..."
The prices looked good at first, but once all the extra fees showed up, it got frustrating fast. I thought I had my budget figured out, and then the total ended up higher than expected, which kind of ruined the plans I had made around saving a little money. Not terrible overall, but those added costs are annoying.

"I had to change the name on..."
I had to change the name on my account and it was more of a hassle than I expected. I sent over the emails and receipts they asked for, but it still took way too long to get sorted out. Frustrating overall.

"Ticket drop was a mess"
When the tickets went live, the site basically crashed and I could barely get anything to load. I get that big drops can be busy, but this is exactly when the platform needs to work. They should own up to the issue, explain what happened, and make sure it doesn’t happen again
